• Contact with tenants before their arrival. The transmission of their details is done at your convenience and according to the organization you wish to set up
• Welcoming your tenants, explaining how the house works, signing the inventory, on arrival and departure
• Visit to your tenants during their stay
• Thorough cleaning between rentals
• Linen management (washing and ironing of bed, bath, and kitchen linen), or transport to laundry, as you prefer
• Regular maintenance of the pool/jacuzzi (water quality, cleaning skimmers), terrace maintenance
• Intervention and management in case of problems (with your agreement)
• Small repairs if necessary
• Coordination with the pool technician, gardener, etc.

If you have chosen self check-in and check-out, we make sure everything is ready and clean, we contact the tenants so that everything runs smoothly. We are their first point of contact throughout their stay. On their departure, we quickly ensure that everything is in order and that the contract has been respected.
